NaviWorld Singapore is a Microsoft Dynamics solutions provider working with small and midsized companies and with multi-country organizations. Its consultants implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and they continue to support Dynamics NAV and Navision systems still in production.

Much of the team’s work starts with a system that already exists. NaviWorld Singapore handles upgrades from Dynamics NAV and Navision, takes on project recovery for ERP implementations that stalled, and runs health checks on live Business Central deployments. It builds Power BI reporting, Power Apps and Power Automate extensions, PEPPOL e-invoicing generated directly out of Business Central, POS and retail back-office connections, and integrations to e-commerce and online marketplace platforms. Training comes as standard courses or tailored to a customer’s own configuration. As an authorized Insight Works reseller, NaviWorld Singapore can offer, sell, and support Insight Works apps for Business Central covering warehouse management, shipping, data collection, production, and inventory counting.
