Insight Works, an independent software vendor that builds apps for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in the manufacturing and distribution industries, has added three new Microsoft Partners to its global reseller network in July 2026.
In Mexico, Aglaia, based in Mexico City, Mexico, and founded in 2012, runs the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 stack for clients spanning manufacturing and wholesale distribution to education and professional services, an unusually wide mix for a Business Central practice. Aglaia also builds its own warehouse add-on for Business Central, iDynamics Warehouse.
In the United States, CSSI Technologies, based in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, was founded in 1973, the same year the UPC barcode standard was approved. The company supplies and services rugged mobile computing, barcode scanning, and RFID hardware for warehouses, distribution centers, and other demanding environments, paired with a long-standing Dynamics GP practice, and now an authorized Insight Works reseller for Business Central.
Also in the U.S., LevelShift, headquartered in Irvine, California, has been certified as a Great Place to Work for five consecutive years (2021–2026). Its Dynamics 365 practice spans healthcare and life sciences, high tech, hospitality, and travel and transportation alongside manufacturing, an unusually broad client base for a Business Central and Finance and Operations integrator, with 50+ completed projects and 40+ certified consultants.
