Dynamic Ship is built on a flexible integration framework that allows Insight Works to develop custom shipping connectors when a required carrier or service isn’t already available. If your operation depends on a specific parcel, LTL, FTL, regional, or third-party logistics provider, a custom connector may be an option.
Custom connectors allow Dynamic Ship to communicate directly with a carrier’s API while keeping rate shopping, labeling, tracking, and shipping data inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Custom connectors are typically considered when:
