Installation: Embedded License Plate is a free extension that is included with the Warehouse Insight app. To access the extension, install Warehouse Insight and then visit the Add-On Catalog from within Business Central.
Build Parent/Child License Plate Structures from the Scanner
The Embedded License Plate add-on expands the License Plate experience in Warehouse Insight by letting users create and manage parent/child license plate relationships directly from the scanner. This makes it easy to “embed” one license plate inside another—supporting pallet + case structures, nested containers, and consolidated handling without switching back to the desktop client.
Once installed, the License Plate application includes new device menu options that allow users to open a license plate, assign it as a parent, assign it as a child, or remove an existing relationship.
