Insight Works, a leading provider of add-on applications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, today announced that Dynamic Ship now supports Priority1, a freight network of more than 47,000 vetted carriers. The new connector lets Business Central users rate shop, book, and track LTL and parcel shipments in one connection, without switching between carrier portals.
Priority1 built its reputation on service across multiple freight modes rather than a single carrier relationship. The Dynamic Ship connector brings that flexibility directly into Business Central, so shippers can manage quoting, dispatch, and tracking from within the same system they use to run the rest of their operations.
“Shippers using Business Central often manage LTL and parcel through separate systems or portals,” said Brian Neufeld, Director of Marketing at Insight Works. “The Priority1 connector removes that friction. Users get rate visibility and booking across both modes without leaving Business Central.”
Key capabilities include:
- Rate quoting across two modes: Parcel and LTL rates pulled directly into Business Central.
- Shipment dispatch and booking: Create and dispatch shipments across both modes from within Business Central.
- Labels, BOLs, and shipment images: Retrieve shipping labels and BOL documents for parcel and LTL shipments.
- Reference numbers and shipment notes: Add reference numbers and notes to LTL shipments for internal tracking.
- Shipment cancellation: Cancel LTL or parcel shipments as needed.
The connector is available now for Dynamic Ship customers. Dynamic Ship is required to use the Priority1 connector.
